Started our Journey

In 1979, Phil Estrin began a new chapter in his life. With the support of his family, he decided to take over a Jewish Style Bakery & Restaurant at Bathurst & Sheppard.

In the bakery, it began with a small selection of bagels, breads and rolls, along with three pastries: our famous blueberry, buffalo, and cheese buns.
